MERCHANT ASSISTED MARKETPLACE

Our in-house surveillance solution can provide our clients with continuous, real time/sensor based or hybrid models of surveillance for ATM’s depending on their requirements. We leverage electronic equipment & our technology expertise to provide proactive vigilance, intervention, technical & field support and enabled by real time monitoring of video feeds.

ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE

TSI’s IoT based Power Management System developed in-house to manage and monitor electric consumption on ATM sites. Our power management solution is integrated along with our E-Surveillance solution which provides our team real time monitoring capability of all our assets on our sites. This integrated solution allows us to monitor and manage loads, voltage surge, glow signs, or earthing issues & ATM lobby and back-room temperature maintenance etc.

Sharukh previous tenure was as Vice President, Unit Head - CitiGold & Citi Private Client. Effectively harnessed his wealth management experience, gained through more than two decades experience with Citibank, in various markets in GCC, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and UAE, which added great value to the organization. Career advancement with a solid track record for outstanding performance with proven ability to increase market share, outperform competition, and increase profits. Recognized as top performer with more than 2 dozen awards for achieving annual financial goals on a consistent basis. Sunil Domkawle is a Seasoned Leader with over 30 years of work experience in IT, ITES, Digitization, e-Governance and Banking Infrastructure. He holds a Masters degree in Management Science and a Graduate degree in Computer Science. Prior to joining TSI, he has worked with multinational Organizations like Newgen Software Technologies and Mphasis. He has been felicitated with the Financial Inclusion ICT Innovation Award for ATM Deployment and Exemplary Business Leader Award, amongst many other awards. Sunil has a proven track record in setting up turnkey projects and leading end-to-end ATM Operations. He has demonstrated exceptional abilities in developing strategic long-term partnerships and setting up new lines of business.

Hussain Udaipurwala is a Service Delivery Leader with over 20 years of experience in leading Business Operations, Analytics and Workforce Management in a multi-cultural environment as well as Domestic set-ups. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Post Graduate Certification in Data Science. Prior to joining TSI, he has worked with multinational Organizations such as SITEL Corporation, eClerx and Tata Communications. He specializes in Building Analytical Models, Re-engineering processes and implementing Change. He has spearheaded set-up and implementation of Critical Business Processes like Business Assurance, Business Intelligence, Cash Management & Vendor Governance.

Hussain Udaipurwala
Business & Revenue Assurance

Mr. Jain is a qualified Chartered Account and having over 20 years of experience in banking, finance and operations. Prior to joining TSI, he has worked with Maruti Udyog, Citibank and IndusInd Bank. During his banking experience he had handled relationships with large corporates and has been instrumental in setting up the cash management service at Citibank, New Delhi. He had also handled the payment product division including prepaid cards and cross border payments during his Citibank stint. He is very well versed with legal, statutory, RBI, KYC and regulatory requirements.

Finance Operations

Akshay Tyagi is an Associate member and Master’s in Business Finance from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an affiliate of ACCA, United Kingdom with 19+ years of rich experience in the various domains of Finance. Prior to joining TSI, Akshay has gained financial expertise working with one of the world’s largest Insurance Player AXA. For AXA, he played a critical role in AXA XL’s Syndicate Business Process Transition to India as well was integral part of their PM office instrumental in the implementation of IFRS 17. Prior to AXA, he had spent a decade working with India’s largest telecom operator Airtel gaining experience in its India operations and subsequently as a key Finance project leader when Airtel was expanding its footprints in Africa. His core strengths lies in Financial planning, Controllership, Regulatory reporting, Product pricing, Project Management and Business Process Transition.

Ashwani Sachdeva is an associate member and master’s in business finance from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an affiliate of ACCA, United Kingdom. Ashwani has 18+ years of experience primarily in Telecom and Hospitality Industry. Starting from 2006 he held various positions in Motherson Sumi , Bharti Airtel (India & Africa Operations) and OYO Hotels & Homes. Ashwani was part of the core project team and played a pivotal role in listing of Airtel Africa in London stock exchange. In addition to this he successfully created joint venture of Airtel Ghana Operations with Millicom and created a 2nd largest telecom company in Ghana (Africa). His core strengths lie in business strategy & planning, driving growth & profitability, tracking governance, risk & control, financial management, audit and cross functional coordination.

Ashwani Sachdeva

Pawanjot is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in multiple domains including Cash Management, Payment Operations, Business Development & Business Administration. Before joining TSI, Pawanjot served Citigroup where he was a part of various processes like Cards & Merchant Operations along with Utility Bill Payments processes. He was instrumental in managing new product launches during his stint with Citigroup – which he continued to do after joining TSI. He has experience in vendor management, CRM, Business Development along with general administration and brand management. During his current 16+ year with TSI, he has managed various utility relationships, bank relationships as well as various vendors and partners. His core strength lies in managing client/partner relationships, managing new ventures/products and overall business administration.

Seema Gupta is a seasoned Company Secretary with over 9 years and 2 months of experience, having previously served as an Independent Company Secretary at Metenere Limited. She ensures and manages the company's adherence to ROC compliances under the Companies Act 2013 and regulatory guidelines. Seema's meticulous approach extends to handling a diverse set of responsibilities, including but not limited to the preparation of notices and agendas, drafting legal documents for banks and lenders, and preparing petitions, rejoinders, and written statements for the National Company Law Tribunal and Debt Recovery Tribunal, as well as undertaking Secretarial Audit, Compliances, Due Diligence, etc.

Her academic background has equipped her skills that allow a deep understanding of the nuances of language, people, culture & history, which she applies to her work at TSI. In her role, Nalini ensures a unified corporate brand voice is maintained across the company's diverse platforms and products. She oversees both internal and external communications, whilst managing a spectrum of creative projects to maintain a robust brand presence. During her tenure at TSI, Nalini played an instrumental role in the rollout of the company’s Rewards & Loyalty program and led the comprehensive redesign of the company's flagship Payments Product, FindiPay.
